Navigating Work and Personal Relationships

I work with high-functioning individuals who are capable, reflective, and used to managing complex demands, yet find that pressures from work, health, or life transitions begin to show up in their relationships and sense of well-being.  Often, people describe feeling stretched thin, unsettled, or quietly frustrated as familiar ways of coping no longer seem to work.

My approach helps you make sense of these patterns and what they stir emotionally, while also staying grounded in practical next steps.  Together, we focus on communicating more clearly, responding differently under stress, and protecting the relationships that matter most, at work and at home.  Whether you're navigating workplace dynamics, balancing competing priorities, or wanting more ease and connection with friends, family, or a partner, I offer solution-focused guidance that supports resilience, clarity, and balance.

Couples Work

In my work with couples, I focus on the patterns that repeatedly undermine communication and connection, especially when work pressures, differing priorities, or long-standing roles take a toll on the relationship. Many couples I work with are thoughtful, capable, and deeply committed, yet feel worn down by recurring tension, misunderstandings, or a growing sense of distance.  Despite insight, effort, or the use of tools and resources, they often find themselves having the same conversations, accompanied by frustration, sadness, or a sense of disconnection, without lasting change.

Our work goes beyond understanding the problem. I help couples notice these patterns as they arise in real time, understand what each partner is experiencing emotionally, and respond differently in the moment.  Together, we focus on rebuilding mutual respect, emotional safety, and connection through practical, sustainable strategies that strengthen your relationship and support how you relate to each other day to day.

Relationships Across Life

Relationships at work can be complex, often going beyond simple communication. Navigating dynamics with colleagues, supervisors, or teams requires awareness of personalities, boundaries, and expectations. Even in positive workplaces, stress, competing priorities, or organizational change can create misunderstandings and impact both performance and well-being. I help individuals and couples recognize these patterns and develop strategies to maintain professionalism while staying true to themselves.

Outside of work, relationships with partners, family, and friends shape our daily lives and emotional health. Balancing competing needs, resolving conflicts, and sustaining meaningful connections can feel overwhelming, especially during career stress or life transitions. I provide practical, solution-focused guidance to help you communicate clearly, clarify personal and shared goals, and nurture connections that are healthy and lasting.

Whether the focus is on reducing tension, enhancing intimacy, or strengthening your support network, my approach is actionable, tailored, and grounded in lived experience, helping you build relationships that support your life, rather than add stress.
